Job description

  • Design engaging and intuitive digital experiences that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Produce concept models, journey maps, interaction flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes, information architecture.
  • Embrace and tackle complex design challenges using advanced UX research methodologies and design thinking principles.
  • Use both quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions and measure the impact of UX improvements.
  • Ensure that all designs adhere to accessibility standards, creating inclusive experiences for all users.
  • Create production-ready UI that accurately represents approved designs and collaborate with developers to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, to drive the development of successful customer experiences.
  • Participate in design reviews and present design concepts to executive stakeholders.Foster strong relationships with development teams to ensure high-quality implementation.

Requirements

  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design or User Experience Design (UX/UI).
    • 5 years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer.
  • Extensive knowledge of Figma, Sketch, InVision DSM, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of accessibility design and AI.
  • Knowledge of remote collaborative tools such as Mural, Miro.
  • Knowledge of remote user testing and behaviour analysis tools, such as User Zoom, Hotjar, etc.
  • A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
  • Ability to work on conceptual level, as-well high fidelity designs ready for implementation.English speaker with written and presentation abilities a must.
