Based in London with hybrid flexibility, you'll influence policy, optimize tools like SharePoint and Teams, and lead cross-functional initiatives to create seamless, secure digital workplaces.

Role Outline

• Design and operate a robust Microsoft 365 support model aligned to Microsoft's shared responsibility framework, including monitoring, incident response, and controlled change management.
• Implement and maintain a Zero Trust security approach across Microsoft 365 using Conditional Access, MFA, device compliance, and identity protection, with clear governance for legacy application and service account exceptions.
• Prepare and govern the Microsoft 365 environment for Copilot and AI services, ensuring strong data hygiene, appropriate permissions, security controls, and effective change management.

• Microsoft 365: SharePoint, Teams, Yammer, OneDrive
• Azure cloud services, including Entra, Firewall, ExpressRoute
• Governance, security, and policy design expertise
• Atlassian Jira & Confluence, Proofpoint, AWS email services
• Automation tools: Ansible, Terraform, GitLab
• Networking, security, and enterprise infrastructure knowledge
• Excellent communicator with leadership and influencing skills

Nice to Have:

• Certifications in Microsoft or cloud security
• Experience with Data Centres, DevOps, FinOps
