Job description
We are seeking a skilled and analytical professional to support the evaluation, design, and improvement of IT systems and business processes. The role involves analysing system performance, gathering requirements, supporting system enhancements, and improving overall operational efficiency across the organisation., * Analyse financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and discrepancies.

Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions.

Evaluate existing financial systems, processes, and workflows to identify inefficiencies.

Recommend, design, and implement process improvements and system enhancements.

Collaborate with finance and non-finance stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

Work closely with IT teams and software developers to implement system upgrades and new functionalities.

Maintain detailed documentation of financial systems, procedures, and workflows.

Develop and utilise advanced Microsoft Excel tools, including Pivot Tables, Macros, and complex formulas.

Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to financial systems and data integrity.

Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy and reliability.

Stay up to date with industry best practices, financial technologies, and emerging tools.

Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements across financial operations.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.

Proven experience in financial analysis and financial systems support.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Macros/VBA).

Experience with ERP systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.

Knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements.

Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Desirable Skills:

Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Knowledge of SQL or other data querying tools.

Understanding of automation tools or scripting languages.

Experience in system implementation or migration projects., * DevOps: 1 year (preferred)
