Lead Salesforce Developer-Salesforce-Visualforce- API- APEX-LWS- LWC (Lead I - Enterprise Solutions)

We're looking for a Lead Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in the design, development, and deployment of scalable Salesforce applications.

As a Developer, you'll bring your deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to craft tailored Salesforce solutions that transform how our clients engage with their customers. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, user-friendly, and robust platform capabilities.

What you will doing

• You ll be working within our Salesforce Centre of Excellence to ensure that we are building a Salesforce platform that follows best practice and will scale for future use cases
• You ll work as part of a self-organised Salesforce team who design, develop and maintain core features on our Salesforce platform, which powers our internal agent systems
• You will help to integrate Salesforce with our Enterprise tooling and internal AWS solutions
• You will help create a prioritized roadmap for the platform to ensure that we align with Enterprise standards and meet the needs of key business outcomes
• You will help to govern and steer the overall solution for the platform and be a key participant at our solution design forum.

• Someone with proven Salesforce experience and strong knowledge of its architecture and API governor limits.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications, specifically other internal cloud applications and third-party API'S
• Experience writing Apex classes and triggers
• Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System and Lightning Web Component Language (LWC)
• Working knowledge of SFDX CLI for packaging and Dev Ops
• Experience supporting Salesforce configuration tasks such as field/page updates, workflows, validations, custom permissions, and approvals
• Working with the cloud/AWS and the opportunities that it brings
• Solving real world problems and being comfortable working in a complex regulated

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in Salesforce development and administration
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC)
• Strong understanding of Salesforce cloud offerings - Sales, Service, and Experience (Community)
• Exposure to Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Einstein AI, FSL, or Analytics Cloud is a plus
• Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I and App Builder (required); Platform Developer II (nice to have)
• Experience with data tools like Apex Data Loader and knowledge of SQL/PL-SQL
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS, XML, AJAX, JQuery, and web services
• Ability to develop scalable solutions while adhering to APEX coding best practices and platform limitations
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to present multiple solutions to technical challenges, * salesforce,api,apex,lightning design system
