Junior IT Engineer

• Around 1-2 years of experience in IT Support or Junior IT roles
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 & Active Directory
• Basic understanding of networking - DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software & cloud-based systems
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
