We are seeking multiple experienced clinical professionals to provide expert leadership and support in the implementation of technology-enabled healthcare solutions. This role will be central to embedding our new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system and wider digital transformation projects into clinical practice, ensuring a smooth transition that enhances patient care and safety., This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of healthcare delivery by embedding digital solutions into clinical practice. You will be part of a forward-thinking team, working on high-profile projects that directly impact patient safety, quality of care, and clinical outcomes.
- Clinical leadership: Provide specialised advice to Nursing & Midwifery teams and across the Group to ensure IT transformation supports safe, effective patient care.
- Project delivery: Support and undertake project work within the EPR team and independently, contributing to digital strategy initiatives.
- Policy development: Assist in the creation of clinical policies and guidelines to underpin safe technology use.
- Training and education: Design and implement clinical training programmes, supporting professional development and maintaining high standards of care.
- In-House Clinical Application Development Roles
- Implementation Lead for In-house clinical applications, Stakeholder engagement for digital improvements
- Line management of current in-house EPR Implementation BAU team.
- Release Management & Quality Assurance
Requirements
- A strong background in Nursing or Midwifery with experience in clinical leadership.
- Proven involvement in digital health or IT transformation projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with diverse clinical teams.
- Commitment to professional development and supporting the growth of others.
- Passion for innovation and improving patient safety and experience through technology.

- Proven change management experience
- Evidence of adopting Trust/Directorate priorities into practice

- Ability to represent Nursing & Midwifery effectively at National and local level
- Experience of team/project work
- Software Product Development/Implementation and Release Management
- Agile Scrum
