Job description

  • Support the delivery of Data and AI Products by working closely with Data Science and Data Engineering teams.
  • Provide hands-on Agile coaching and delivery support to teams and leaders.
  • Establish and improve Agile ways of working across the Data & Analytics function.
  • Work with leadership to define, prioritise and progress key strategic initiatives.
  • Facilitate planning sessions, workshops and regular Agile ceremonies.
  • Shape Agile delivery for the Data Science team, including Jira setup, workflows, cadences and aligning with software engineering practices.
  • Support multiple teams in delivering products and services aligned to roadmaps and organisational value.

Requirements

  • Strong practical understanding of Agile principles, concepts and frameworks.
  • Proven experience embedding Agile practices across varied team types, not just product teams.
  • Understanding of effective Agile software product development.
  • Track record of driving continuous improvement, including in high-performing teams.
  • Understanding of what good digital and data service delivery looks like.
  • Experience supporting teams building digital, data or AI-driven products.
  • Cross-industry background (public-sector experience desirable but not essential).
  • Genuine interest and experience with data and AI-led initiatives.
