Job description
In this role, no two days are the same. You'll work across a wide range of security challenges, from cloud tooling to manual assessments, supporting teams who are building the connected car ecosystem of tomorrow. It's a challenge that will help you flourish in an environment where individuality is celebrated and success is recognised.
Here's what to expect:
- Build, maintain and enhance security tooling across CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms and enterprise systems
- Conduct manual security assessments, penetration testing and secure design reviews for new and existing services
- Develop automated security tests and integrate them into build and deployment workflows
- Support red team activities, vulnerability triage and incident response as part of a collaborative security function
- Work closely with engineering teams to embed secure coding practices and improve security posture across the organisation
Requirements
Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills that will help you succeed here, including:
- Hands on security engineering experience, ideally with application or cloud security exposure
- Strong AWS experience and confidence working across cloud native architectures
- Coding or scripting skills in Python, Bash, Go or similar
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps workflows and version control tools
- A collaborative, curious mindset with the ability to work independently and solve complex problems
Relevant certifications such as OSCP, CRT or AWS Security Specialty are welcomed, though equivalent experience is equally valued.
