Key aspects of the role include:
- Technical Vision: Defining project-level architecture for squads and anticipating risks in scaling distributed systems.
- Empowering Leadership: Leading a squad with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and the professional growth of your team members.
- Strategic Planning: Translating business goals into technical roadmaps that meet long-term client needs.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Facilitating workshops to understand requirements and managing expectations around scope and priorities.

Requirements
- Backend Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Python for building robust, scalable integration and backend services.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep experience in the AWS ecosystem (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS) to design fault-tolerant systems.
- Architectural Insight: Proven ability to architect complex integrations between modern services and legacy systems.
- Mentorship Mindset: A passion for leading squads and mentoring engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- DevOps & Automation: Hands-on expertise in establishing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks from scratch.
- Technical Versatility: Proficiency in an additional language like Java, C#, or TypeScript to support our evolving tech stack.
