Solution Architect

You'll be the bridge between global strategy and local execution. While our overarching architectural direction is set, you'll own the domain design and delivery for the UK and Europe.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit in ivory towers or hide behind rigid governance. You'll be hands-on, working closely with Product and Engineering leaders to translate business goals into world-class technical solutions. You'll manage delivery teams (including outsourced partners) and as we grow, you'll likely build and lead your own local team.

What You'll Do

• Own the Region: Act as the primary architectural presence in the UK/Europe, ensuring global strategies work for local market needs.
• Translate & Execute: Turn complex business requirements into actionable technical designs, talking in terms of business outcomes, not just "widgets."
• Lead Delivery: Work alongside Agile squads to ensure solutions are built to last, providing mentorship and technical leadership.
• Influence & Challenge: Sit in leadership meetings, push boundaries and make bold decisions to move the product forward.
• Stay Modern: Leverage our tech stack (Azure, .NET, Databricks, and Cosmos DB) to solve intricate data and claims-processing challenges.

• A Technical Leader: You come from a strong software development background and have experience leading delivery teams (onshore and offshore).
• A Strategic Thinker: You're a "rare hybrid" who possesses deep technical depth but can speak the language of the business fluently.
• Entrepreneurial: You thrive in scale-up environments. You don't need a manual; you're comfortable with ambiguity and happy to build structure where it doesn't exist yet.
• Collaborative: You enjoy working across time zones (overlap with US Eastern Time) and are happy to travel occasionally to connect with our European and US teams.
