Tasks

• Take responsibility for ensuring smooth service for clients.
• Handle tickets in Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
• Install and maintain hardware and software components., * As a System Engineer in the Operations team, you have the chance to take responsibility for a functioning service for our customers and ensure smooth operations
• You handle tickets within our incident, change, and problem management process
• Providing, installing, and maintaining hardware and software components as well as communication tools
• Creating user manuals, installation, and support documentation
• Working in a varied work environment and projects

• Completed IT training focusing on system technology required.
• Experience in service desk and customer support preferred.
• Great interest in new technologies and a team-oriented mindset., * You have completed vocational training in the field of computer science (IT apprenticeship specializing in system technology)
• Experience in service desk and customer support
• You already have initial experience or want to develop further in these areas: client/server, virtualization, software distribution, backup and storage solutions, Exchange, etc.
• You are characterized by a customer-oriented way of working, are a team player with initiative
• You have a great interest in new technologies and are motivated to familiarize yourself with new areas
• You have excellent German skills and good English skills
