Job description

This is a working student position created to ensure business continuity within the Procurement Finance team for the Blades and Vanes unit. The role is designed to provide targeted support for data-related tasks. To meet this need, the position focuses on two core areas: Data Analysis & Reporting and System and Process Support. These activities involve using key tools such as MS Excel and SAP to support the team with financial data management and operational workflows. Given the strong focus on data processing, the ideal candidate is a currently enrolled student with strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in MS Excel, and a keen interest in corporate finance. Initial experience with SAP is considered a significant advantage., * Create, maintain, and update analyses and dashboards using Microsoft Excel

  • Perform ad-hoc data queries and basic analyses to support procurement decision-making
  • Assist with data entry, maintenance, and system support within SAP
  • Contribute to the documentation of procurement finance processes and workflows
  • Prepare presentations and provide administrative and operational support for the procurement finance team

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; initial experience with SAP is a plus
  • Basic knowledge or interest in data analysis, data management, and financial reporting
  • No formal work experience required; relevant internships or academic projects are advantageous
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative, adaptable personality with an open mindset and willingness to learn
