Excellent opportunity for a Senior Solutions Engineer to join an innovative start-up that is using data and AI to optimise the product planning and scheduling solutions for process manufacturing.
This company uses technology and real-time data to create a planning system that increases client's profitability and efficiency. Their goal is to build the leading planning solution in process manufacturing, using data as a driving force. They use a state-of-the-art software that is self-service and enterprise ready, delivering feature increments and permanent bug solutions.
In the role, you will report directly to the CTO and work closely with product development teams, bridging the gap between operations research and AI simulation technology. Leading the solution design and implementation, you will build internal prototypes and own the hypercare phase as the primary point of contact for customers. There is also a travel aspect of this role, travelling to customer sites to conduct requirements and design workshops., * Bridge the gap between operations research and AI simulation technology

Requirements
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Senior Solution Engineer who has a deep understanding of manufacturing operations, particularly in the process industry. You will have knowledge of operations research and supply chains, as well as experience in Python, Postgre, SQL and AI. Fluent German and English proficiency is required with strong communication skills in collaborative environments., * Experience with manufacturing operations
