Job description

We are seeking a Senior Architect with strong experience in large-scale projects and technical environments to join our team, leading the architectural design of Data Centres for international clients.

This role requires technical leadership, multidisciplinary coordination, and full ownership of architectural development across all project phases. The ideal candidate combines technical excellence, strategic thinking, team-management capabilities, and advanced BIM expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Architectural Leadership

Lead the architectural design and development of highly complex large scale projects ( as Data Centers, Logistics, Industry,…) Define technical solutions aligned with functional requirements, international standards, and client expectations. Manage and mentor architectural teams, ensuring technical quality and consistent documentation.

  1. Multidisciplinary Coordination

Coordinate MEP and CSA disciplines to ensure seamless integration throughout all project phases. Collaborate with consultants, engineering teams and international stakeholders. Oversee BIM processes, model reviews and advanced clash resolution.

  1. Project Development

Lead Concept, Schematic, Detailed Design and Construction Documentation stages. Ensure the technical robustness and regulatory compliance of deliverables. Provide architectural criteria that improve functionality, operability, and constructability.

  1. Permitting and Compliance

Oversee documentation for permits and administrative submissions. Ensure compliance with local and international regulations applicable to critical infrastructure.

  1. Construction Support (Desirable)

Provide technical support during construction, ensuring correct interpretation of the design and resolving design-related issues.

Requirements

5+ years of experience leading large-scale architectural projects. Demonstrated experience managing teams and complex technical coordination. Solid expertise in MEP and CSA coordination. Experience preparing documentation for permits and regulatory processes. Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (technical test required). C1 English, essential for international client interaction. Ability to thrive in demanding, high-performance, global environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in Data Centre projects. Knowledge of additional BIM tools. Experience supporting construction works.
