Data Analyst

You will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and data scientists to design, develop, and maintain impactful dashboards and reporting solutions using modern BI and cloud technologies., * Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and other BI tools.

• Translate business requirements into data models, KPIs, and visual insights that support decision-making.
• Work with structured and semi-structured data from multiple sources (cloud and on-premise).
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability through validation and quality checks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver scalable analytics solutions.
• Optimize dashboard performance and usability, ensuring a strong user experience.
• Support the adoption of self-service BI capabilities across business teams.
• Document data models, reporting logic, and dashboard usage guidelines.
• Stay up to date with emerging BI tools, cloud analytics platforms, and data visualization best practices.

Do you have experience in Usability?, You bring strong analytical capabilities and hands-on experience in dashboarding tools, particularly Power BI, complemented by exposure to cloud-based analytics platforms. You are detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous learning and delivering value to clients through data., * 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or similar roles.

• Hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, reports and dashboards).
• Good knowledge of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Understanding of data modeling concepts (relationships, measures, star schema).
• Experience working with different data sources (databases, APIs, cloud platforms).
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage priorities and deliver quality work in a dynamic environment
• Fluent Spanish and based in Spain.

Nice to have (not required):

• Degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or similar).
• Power BI or other BI / cloud certifications.
• Experience with other BI tools (Looker, Qlik, QuickSight).
• Basic knowledge of Python or R.
