At Kyndryl , we believe that diverse perspectives make better data and better decisions. As a Data Analyst within our AI & Data practice , you will help turn data into meaningful insights that support business decisions and create real impact for our clients.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and data scientists to design, develop, and maintain impactful dashboards and reporting solutions using modern BI and cloud technologies., * Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and other BI tools.
- Translate business requirements into data models, KPIs, and visual insights that support decision-making.
- Work with structured and semi-structured data from multiple sources (cloud and on-premise).
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability through validation and quality checks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver scalable analytics solutions.
- Optimize dashboard performance and usability, ensuring a strong user experience.
- Support the adoption of self-service BI capabilities across business teams.
- Document data models, reporting logic, and dashboard usage guidelines.
- Stay up to date with emerging BI tools, cloud analytics platforms, and data visualization best practices.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Usability?, You bring strong analytical capabilities and hands-on experience in dashboarding tools, particularly Power BI, complemented by exposure to cloud-based analytics platforms. You are detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous learning and delivering value to clients through data., * 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or similar roles.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, reports and dashboards).
- Good knowledge of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Understanding of data modeling concepts (relationships, measures, star schema).
- Experience working with different data sources (databases, APIs, cloud platforms).
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage priorities and deliver quality work in a dynamic environment
- Fluent Spanish and based in Spain.
Nice to have (not required):
- Degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or similar).
- Power BI or other BI / cloud certifications.
- Experience with other BI tools (Looker, Qlik, QuickSight).
- Basic knowledge of Python or R.
