Senior UI/UX Frontend Developer

As a Frontend Tech Lead UI/UX, you will take the lead in building scalable and user-centered digital products. You will guide frontend development and UI/UX direction across internal platforms and client projects, work closely with cross-functional teams, and help set standards for architecture, design systems, accessibility, and performance. In this role, you will also gain deeper insight into finance and accounting processes and translate complex business needs into effective digital experiences.

In this role, you will lead the frontend development and UI/UX direction of software solutions from concept to implementation. You will define and improve scalable frontend architecture, own the design system and component library, and ensure that applications are responsive, accessible, maintainable, and high-performing. You will work in agile teams, collaborate with backend developers and stakeholders on requirements and integrations, and support junior colleagues through coaching, code reviews, and design feedback. • Lead frontend development and UI/UX direction for internal tools, digital platforms, and client software projects
• Architect, build, and maintain scalable, responsive, and accessible web interfaces using React with JavaScript and TypeScript
• Own and evolve the design system, component library, and UI style guide across products and projects
• Lead user research, usability testing, design reviews, and prototyping to translate insights into better digital experiences
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to frontend best practices, architectural decisions, documentation, and code quality

You combine technical depth with a clear view of what users need and know how to bring people together around a strong digital product vision. You make well-founded decisions, communicate clearly with different stakeholders, and take ownership of quality, scalability, and user experience.

• You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Informatics, Information Technology, Interaction Design, or a related field
• You have at least 7 years of experience in frontend development and/or UI/UX design
• You have expert-level experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript, including advanced React patterns and state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API
• You have extensive experience with UI/UX methods such as user research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and design thinking
• You have strong knowledge of frontend architecture, accessibility, performance optimization, testing frameworks, Git, and agile software development methodologies
• You are an expert in at least one of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
