Microsoft Cloud Specialist

The key responsibilities of the Microsoft Cloud Specialist Engineer will be to…

• Respond to customer service calls and problem resolution via the company help desk support system, whether inhouse or onsite
• Deliver agreed IT projects as required, specifically Office 365.
• Work with the MD of the business on the technical specification for client project proposals in order to provide tailored service solutions as appropriate

If you are an experienced IT professional with a specialism in cloud technologies, specifically the Office 365 ecosystem, and would like to become part of a small close-knit team where no two days are ever the same, and you have a proven track record in providing first class help and advice to your clients, then this could be the right move for you. It's a varied and interesting role which includes mentoring the less experienced members of the team and sharing your knowledge and skills to help them develop their own as well as providing high quality technical help across all levels to customers as required., * Must have at least 5 years working as part of an MSP, or small team within an individual company

• Is highly experienced in project delivery and troubleshooting.
• Will have excellent Office365 product knowledge and administration skills.
• Will be very comfortable with O365 licensing, handling new requests and larger renewals.
• Will have strong experience in O365 security.
• Will have strong experience in migrating clients to new O365 tenants, and existing tenant to tenant migrations.
• Should have experience in advising clients on how to use and adopt Sharepoint, and the ability to configure basic Sharepoint sites for clients.
• Should have experience of Microsoft Teams administration including Teams Phone.
• Some experience of Power Bi, Power Automate, Fabric
• Is a strong, effective communicator with both customers and colleagues alike
• Must be happy to be on call for up to one weekend in six.

The role is office, home and field based so a full driving license is essential., * IT Engineer: 5 years (required)

• Cloud Solutions Specialism : 3 years (required)
