Job description

We are looking for a Non-Functional Tester with experience in performance and security testing to work on secure, regulated environments. The role involves ensuring system reliability, scalability, and performance across enterprise applications.

Requirements

Experience in Non-Functional Testing (Performance, Load, Stress)
Exposure to Security Testing concepts (OWASP, vulnerability basics)
Hands-on with tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar
Ability to analyse performance bottlenecks and system behaviour
Experience in Agile environments and test reporting

Responsibilities

Execute performance and non-functional test scenarios
Analyse results and identify performance or stability issues
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams
Support testing governance, reporting, and defect tracking

Good to Have

Experience with cloud environments (Azure/AWS)
Knowledge of monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Grafana, etc.
Security Clearance Requirement
Candidates must have active UK Security Clearance (SC) or be eligible and willing to undergo clearance
Experience working on secure or regulated projects is highly preferred
