Job description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Business Support Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of IT and business operations, providing essential support to ensure systems, processes, and users run smoothly., * Provide first-line support for IT-related queries across the business

  • Assist with the maintenance and administration of internal systems and software
  • Support business users with troubleshooting, system access, and technical issues
  • Help manage IT assets, including hardware setup and software installations
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions
  • Assist in implementing new systems, upgrades, and process improvements
  • Liaise with external suppliers and service providers where required
  • Support data management, reporting, and general business operations tasks

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an IT support or business support role is desirable
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office 365 and general IT systems
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users
  • Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
