Job description

We're seeking a seasoned Enterprise Security Architect who wants to apply their skills and experience within an exciting and vibrant Managed Services organisation. Our clients are going through a period of significant change, and digital transformation is at the forefront of their business strategy. As a Enterprise Security Architect, you will thrive on having Design Authority for the relevant Service Line aligned to your domain expertise. You will enjoy being the domain focal point for ensuring its technical integrity. Being part of an enthusiastic Business Technologist community will enable you to maintain awareness of the latest technologies and innovations within the Capgemini Portfolio and apply these to your technology domains. You will also provide inspiration and act as a role model for a talented and enthusiastic team of Engineers in your Service Line.

The Enterprise Security Architect is responsible for defining, governing, and assuring security architecture across complex enterprise environments. This role ensures that security capabilities, controls, and design patterns align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and targetstate architecture. The architect provides authoritative security leadership across programs, solutions, and platforms while influencing senior business and technology stakeholders.

Hybrid working : The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role

  • Design Authority for the Service Line related to your domain expertise.
  • Key stakeholder management for internal, as well as external parties.
  • Expert strategy advisory within client facing Managed Services accounts along with new deals and transitions.
  • Trusted advice to the Client by cultivating strong symbiotic Client relationships.
  • Direction and guidance on technical aspects, ensuring adherence to Service Line strategy, standards and practices while aligning with client requirements.

Requirements

  • Broad understanding of enterprisescale security architecture with deep expertise in at least two areas (e.g., SOC/SIEM, IAM, network security, cloud security, data protection).
  • Strong knowledge of cloud security architectures (Azure / AWS / hybrid), security tooling, and modern security operations.
  • Familiarity with established architecture methodologies (TOGAF, SABSA) and Secure by Design principles.
  • Ability to translate complex security concepts for nontechnical audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Strong consulting capabilities: requirements capture, stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation.
  • Experience in largescale transformation programmes and multivendor environments.
  • Desirable certifications: SABSA, TOGAF, CISSP, CCSP. Vendor certifications in cloud (Azure/AWS) or SIEM/SOC tooling.
