Job description
We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Integration Lead to spearhead the connectivity of our enterprise landscape. This role is a blend of strategic oversight and tactical execution; you won't just be designing the "how," you'll be the driving force ensuring that our systems from the factory floor to the back office work in perfect harmony., + Integration Strategy & Design: Define the integration architecture across a complex ecosystem, including ERP, PLM, MES, QMS, HR, and enterprise data platforms.
- Operational Oversight: Take full ownership of APIs, interfaces, and data flows, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and high-performing.
- System Governance: Establish and maintain rigorous standards to ensure data consistency and synchronization across all integrated platforms.
- Delivery Leadership: Directly support and oversee the build, testing, and deployment phases, acting as the primary point of escalation for technical integration challenges.
- Stakeholder Management: Orchestrate collaboration between business owners, architecture boards, and technical delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and align with business goals.
Requirements
- Leadership Track Record: Strong experience in integration delivery and leading technical teams through complex digital transformations.
- Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of enterprise integration platforms, API management, and modern data exchange patterns (e.g., Pub/Sub, ETL/ELT, Webhooks).
- Ecosystem Knowledge: Familiarity with the interplay between manufacturing (MES/PLM) and corporate (ERP/HR) systems is highly preferred.
- Communication Skills: The ability to translate complex technical jargon into actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
