Do you have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? Do you want to play a vital part in the retail water market? If so, we have a great opportunity for you at Wessex Water.
What you'll do
As part of a busy team, you will be the first point of contact for retailers and non-household customers via phone, email and live chat. You will be required to action a variety of work requests, from new water meter installations to verifying market data, while monitoring each job through to its completion.
This is a varied role which covers both call handling and responding to written complaints while working within a small team and managing your workload accordingly.
Being able to communicate well is essential, as you'll be contacting internal departments and challenging them when necessary to ensure the business is meeting our regulatory performance targets.
What you'll need
You will be someone who has experience in delivering customer service with excellent communication and organisational skills. Having the ability to solve problems and use your initiative is key, as there can be challenging market requirements that require action from you.
You'll work well under pressure, aiming to achieve personal targets and regulatory performance metrics.
Experience in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Outlook and Word is essential.
