Job description

  • Your main responsibility will be the design, implementation and further development of system-level software in Rust and C on Linux-based systems
  • Close collaboration within the team involves the structured deployment of software via GitLab, including traceable commits and active participation in code reviews
  • You will create and maintain documentation on requirements, design and acceptance, using tools such as Confluence or Jira
  • You will plan and carry out tests throughout the entire product lifecycle - from initial bring-up through to certification and system tests
  • In addition, you will drive the development of test software and the continuous improvement of test automation to ensure quality, stability and maintainability in the long term

Requirements

  • You have a relevant engineering degree and solid experience in developing low-level software, as well as in-depth knowledge of programming in Rust and/or C, C++ and Python
  • Your technical expertise includes interacting with the Linux kernel, cryptographic methods, and container and network technologies
  • You are experienced in using common development and collaboration tools such as GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, Jira and Confluence
  • Good communication skills in English and German complete your profile
