Webmaster (WordPress Developer) - Remote

• Develop and maintain WordPress websites (custom setups, not just page builders)

• HTML/CSS layout and JavaScript integration (vanilla JS)

• Customize and create themes, templates, and widgets

• Optimize page speed (Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse)

• Configure hosting, domains, redirects, backups, and migrations

• Restore, clone, and troubleshoot websites

• Implement ready solutions based on internal checklists

• Participate in task estimation and planning

This role requires a strong hands-on developer who can independently build and optimize fast, conversion-focused landing pages., * 1+ year of commercial experience in a similar role

• Strong experience with WordPress, HTML5, CSS3, and vanilla JavaScript

• Solid understanding of responsive (mobile-first) development

• Experience with website performance optimization

• Understanding of hosting, domains, DNS, and web services

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks

• Full-time availability (no freelance or side jobs)

Nice to have

• Experience with AMP pages

• Basic understanding of SEO principles

• Experience working with high-load or content-heavy websites

Conditions

• Salary: $1000-1700/month (net, depending on experience)

• Semantic HTML structure (header, main, footer, etc.)
