Develop and maintain WordPress websites (custom setups, not just page builders)

HTML/CSS layout and JavaScript integration (vanilla JS)

Customize and create themes, templates, and widgets

Optimize page speed (Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse)

Configure hosting, domains, redirects, backups, and migrations

Restore, clone, and troubleshoot websites

Implement ready solutions based on internal checklists

Participate in task estimation and planning
Requirements
This role requires a strong hands-on developer who can independently build and optimize fast, conversion-focused landing pages., * 1+ year of commercial experience in a similar role

Strong experience with WordPress, HTML5, CSS3, and vanilla JavaScript

Solid understanding of responsive (mobile-first) development

Experience with website performance optimization

Understanding of hosting, domains, DNS, and web services

Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks

Full-time availability (no freelance or side jobs)
