Principal BPO Solution Architect DACH

In this Senior role, you will lead the design of end-to-end business process solutions powered by AI agents and decision-support platforms and will act as the bridge between client stakeholders, product teams and engineers. Furthermore, you will map current-state operations and co-create the future-state AI-native architecture - helping to solution new deals as part of our growth agenda for BPO/BPS within NTT DATA., * Understand client workflows (e.g. claims, lending, KYC) and pain points

• Architect AI-native solutions leveraging modular agentic platforms
• Define data and process models in collaboration with ontology and ML teams
• Drive roadmap alignment between domain priorities and tech capabilities
• Present solutions to C-level stakeholders and drive adoption
• Work closely together with the Sales team in Germany and Solution team members globally to solution deals

• Multiple years of experience in Solution Architecture, specifically within BPO/BPS
• Strong understanding of digital transformation and BPO/BPS
• Presale experience of solutioning deals (size of $5 Million to $25 Million) from start to finish
• Industry knowledge in BFSI, Insurance or Retail
• Experience in designing automation workflows or BPaaS models
• Excellent client-facing communication and executive storytelling skills
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, even if not hands-on
• Excellent German and English language skills, both spoken and written
