Job description
- Technical design, development, and implementation across T24/Transact AA (Deposits & Lending), Securities, Derivatives, Corporate Actions, Accounting, TPH, SY, and other modules.
- Support architecture and integration patterns, including interfacing with TripleA and other upstream/downstream systems
- Impact analysis and estimation for change requests and project deliveries
- Definition, review, and execution of test scenarios (dev, Test env)
- Troubleshooting and L3 technical analysis for reported issues
- Support Agile ceremonies within the Scrum team
- Collaboration with requirements engineers, support teams, product owners, architects, and business SMEs
- Contribution to coding standards, best practices, and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Academic education in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on Temenos T24/Transact development experience
- Strong transversal expertise, including several of the following: AA module (Loans & Product setup); Securities & Derivatives; Structured Products; Corporate Actions; Accounting; TPH / KodaKodd; Treasury Products (MM); Interfacing with TripleA and other systems
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end banking processes across Finance, Credit, Cash, Asset, and e-banking
- Experience in Hybrid Agile delivery (Scrum, Waterfall)
- Experience with technical troubleshooting and L3 investigations
- Good external and internal (written/verbal) communication skills
- Ability to create structured documentation of the deliveries
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
- Used to work in a multi-cultural team with different skillsets
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Wealth Management domain
- Additional exposure to regulatory or multi-country banking setups
- Experience with the upcoming T24 upgrade versions or similar upgrade programs
