1st Line Support

As a Graduate IT Support Analyst, you will be primarily responsible for monitoring, responding to, and resolving support requests submitted via the helpdesk system, by phone or email, as they arise, and keeping within agreed SLA targets.

The role works closely with 2nd/3rd line support team and ICT management, liaising with and escalating issues when required. The role is ideal for a graduate with strong technical skills, excellent communication skills and a keen interest in IT., In this Graduate IT Support job in the UK, your responsibilities will include:

• Provide support assistance to end users working at multiple sites, remote workers, and field operatives
• Ensure consistent communication and completion of tasks within agreed SLA targets
• Liaise with third party suppliers and consultants, senior management and client support teams
• Pro-active monitoring of key systems and processes and department KPIs
• Hardware installation, configuration and maintenance
• User management, including Active Directory and Office 365 management
• ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, support, issue investigation and maintenance

• A degree from university (ICT, Computing, Business Information Systems, and Computer Science degrees preferred) or equivalent commercial experience
• Good basic IT skills
• Competency with:

• Microsoft Office suite
• Windows 11 Desktop & Windows Server
• Office 365 and associated applications
• SharePoint for Office 365

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Logical approach to problem solving with attention to detail

• Starting salary of £27,000 - £28,000
