1st Line IT Support Technician

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused 1st Line IT Support Technician to join our growing organisation based in Hazel Grove, Stockport. This role would suit someone with commercial experience in first-line IT support and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.

You will be the first point of contact for IT support, working in a fast-paced environment and supporting both users and systems across the business., * Providing first-line IT support to clients and internal users

• Installing and configuring computer hardware and operating systems
• Troubleshooting software, applications, and system issues
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software faults
• Setting up new user accounts and user profiles
• Replacing faulty components where required
• Testing and evaluating new technology

• Experience in a 1st line IT support role (commercial experience preferred)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and develop
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• £8 per hour pay

Pay: £8.00 per hour
