Senior Software Engineer

• Own work from design through to deployment, ensuring production reliability.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and make sound architectural decisions.
• Provide realistic estimates, communicate risks early, and avoid delivery surprises.
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers; contribute to team standards.
• Conduct meaningful code reviews and help improve engineering practices.
• Investigate issues thoroughly and propose solutions with clear trade-offs.
• Design systems with scalability, performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability in mind.
• Monitor and support production systems, resolving root causes and improving stability.

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong experience in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, Angular, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL. This role requires someone who takes full ownership of outcomes, delivers reliably, and raises engineering standards across the team. You will contribute to system design, mentor others, and ensure high-quality, production-ready software., Experience (Minimum 5 Years)

• 5+ years professional experience with C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
• Strong front-end experience with Angular.
• Solid database experience with Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Proven ability to deliver complex technical work independently.
• Experience designing scalable, reliable systems and APIs.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimisation skills.
• Experience mentoring developers and contributing to engineering culture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
