The successful candidate will join TDBOA, Manufacturing & MRO in Getafe to be business analyst for TDBOA supporting MES applications such as SIPLA, Digital Bart Chart, MAXIMO or PELICANO both to cover modifications linked to projects and/or services and to secure smooth service service together with our main developper supplier
- Conducts in-depth discovery meetings, targeted at understanding, capturing, and identifying the complex business requirements and operational objectives of the customer, with recommendations on automation.
- Identify areas for improvement in business processes providing possible IT solutions compliant with the Digital strategy
- Supports the IT Product Manager in the Product/Service Planning based on the customer requirements
- Produces documentation of current challenges, future requirements, and benefits in a manner appropriate for the customer
- Defines and develops the required specification documents to be reviewed with stakeholders and Product team member
- Serves as liaison between Product Management teams and technical resources during product development and implementation to ensure integrity of the solution delivered.
- Participates in all phases of the application development life cycle including research and design, development, testing, implementation and support.
- Able to supports the technical design of the application and infrastructure components of a new solution according to the defined functional design.
- End-to-end accountability for digital AIRPOWER app in conjunction with the Product Manager, securing the coordination of the different Digital Departments involved.
- Monitors and tracks system performance against negotiated service-level agreements (SLAs), securing the agreed support and including incident, problem, change, configuration, and event management.
- Ensures the provisioning of new software packages and upgrades.
- Responsible for the optimization, reliability, efficiency and availability of the Digital Solution, in accordance with best practices, rules and policies, in line with OLA/SLAs.
- Translates the business needs into Digital requirements and proactively identify opportunities for business transformation or improvement enabled by technology for both the short and long-term
- Contribute to chargeback definition model for their respective IT Products/Applications or Services
- Knowledge on Business processes for Air Power

- Develops a solid understanding of the customer's existing business and business processes ideally end-to-end, the key drivers and measures of success for the business, and the short- and long-term direction of the business and related technologies.
- Formulates functional and nonfunctional requirements of the business organization and advises on the lifecycle of the information solutions. Evaluates the impact in terms of change management.
- Leads the IT Product/Application or Service MFT team in order to manage the IT Product/Application or Service lifecycle, both developing the products/services and operating them to meet operational SLA's

- Responsible for Continuous Release Management
- Defines and go-to-market of the product and service (line).
Requirements
- Educated in an Engineering degree or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in Digital Service and development
- Export Control Basics
- .NET solution knowledge

- Design of Digital Services
- It will be taken account coding / development skills
- It will be taken account infrastructure Design knowledge
- ERP / SAP SP1 knowledge would be an asset
- Project Management experience is valuable
- High adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a network model
- Experience at Manufacturing / MRO, understanding main processes involved to produce platforms and components
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to propose new ideas
- Advance level in English, and native Spanish
