Test Lead

La Fosse have partnered with a London based consultancy who are seeking a Test Lead to define and lead testing strategy across complex, cloud-based systems. You will build and guide high-performing test teams, champion automation and continuous quality, and work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure reliable, scalable delivery.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a hands-on Test Manager or Senior Test Lead.
• Strong expertise in test automation, CI/CD integration, and cloud-based testing.
• Experience assuring quality across large-scale, distributed systems.
• Solid understanding of cloud-native and microservices architectures.
• Strong working knowledge of containers and Kubernetes environments.
• Experience with cloud storage, file-based integrations, and monitoring tooling.
• Familiarity with BDD and automation-first testing approaches.
• Exposure to loyalty platforms or regulated environments is a plus.
• Collaborative, pragmatic, and delivery-focused.
• Strong advocate for DevOps and shared ownership of quality.
