Job description
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design of complex, enterprise-scale digital services within a secure environment.
This is a hands-on architecture role, working across multiple delivery teams to define solution design, guide engineering decisions, and ensure scalable, secure outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the end-to-end design of Salesforce solutions across complex delivery environments
- Working across Salesforce platform capabilities, including Service Cloud and industry-specific solutions such as Public Sector Solutions
- Defining architecture, integration strategies, and technical standards
- Designing solutions that integrate with enterprise systems and data platforms
- Providing technical leadership and direction to engineering teams
- Contributing to architecture patterns, reusable components, and best practice
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect in complex environments
- Ability to define and assure secure, scalable technical designs
- Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to influence technical decisions
