Job description
- Break down complex briefs, identify real user needs and pain points, and translate them into structured user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Define clear and scalable interaction principles for platforms and smart ecosystems.
- Test concepts, gather insights, and iterate quickly based on feedback.
- Collaborate closely with researchers, developers, and designers to align user value with technical feasibility.
- Integrate client brand values into every touchpoint.
- Support implementation and manage feedback through to release.
- Ensure consistency and quality throughout the product development process.
Requirements
- A background in UX/UI, web, or interaction design with hands-on project experience.
- A solid understanding of UX fundamentals, responsive design, and accessibility.
- Confidence in Figma and prototyping tools.
- Experience with smart home or automation interfaces is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Fluency in English. German is a plus.
