Senior AI Engineer - Business Automation & Information Management (all genders) 80-100%

• Analysis & Design: You analyze the professional and technical challenges in our business processes and workflows
• Technical Design: You not only implement requirements but also think technically, structure them, and actively design sustainable solutions
• Ownership: You take responsibility for the operation, stability, and continuous further development of existing solutions

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields required.
• Strong Python skills and experience with cloud platforms needed.
• Knowledge of AI/Machine Learning solutions and agentic workflows., * You have experience in understanding a business challenge, designing solution approaches, and transforming them together with a team into tangible, measurable added value
• Higher degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a similar field and adequate professional experience (at least the last 3 years focused on AI/Machine Learning solutions)
• Experience with Agentic Workflows and RAG solutions
• Experience with Agentic Coding Tools (e.g., Github Copilot, Codex, Claude Code)
• Very good Python skills and desirable Java skills
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, Azure, or OpenShift)
• Very good German language skills
