Full Stack Developer

We are looking for an innovative and collaborative Full Stack Developer to join our team. This role is for a versatile developer who can take ownership of features from concept to deployment. You will be building robust, scalable applications by connecting a polished frontend to powerful backend services, with a focus on creating seamless, end-to-end products that may include AI-powered features., * Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using our core stack.

• Architect and build AI-powered features and applications, integrating with large language models (LLMs) and other AI services.
• Build responsive and performant user interfaces with React and Next.js, utilizing our design system and component libraries built with Storybook and Vanilla Extract.
• Develop and manage server-side logic and APIs using Node.js.
• In cooperation with our TechOps department, deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

• Eye for Design: A strong sense of aesthetics and usability, with the ability to translate design concepts into beautiful, functional user interfaces.
• Excellent Communicator & Team Player: Articulate, collaborative, and able to work effectively within a team environment, sharing ideas and feedback constructively.
• Adaptable & Innovative Mindset: A natural curiosity and eagerness to explore new technologies and venture into uncharted territory. You shouldn't shy away from learning something new to solve a problem.
• AI-Enhanced Workflow: Fully embraces AI technologies to optimize their workflow, from in-IDE assistants (like GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to external tools and command-line agents.
• Knowledge of Design Systems: Experience with or a solid understanding of design systems is a significant plus. Familiarity with tools like Figma and Tokens Studio is highly valued., * Frontend: Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, Vanilla Extract, Vite, and Storybook.
• Backend: Solid experience with Node.js.
• Headless CMS: Experience architecting and integrating solutions with headless CMS platforms like Sanity (our default), Contentful, DatoCMS, or Strapi.
• Cloud: Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).
• AI Integration: Familiarity with building applications that leverage AI/ML APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, Anthropic) is highly desirable.
• Design Integration: Experience working with Figma and Tokens Studio to implement designs accurately.
• Databases: Knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases.
