Job description
- You will build elegant, high-performance UI components in React in a modern, cloud-native environment.
- You will work within some of the most advanced frontend architecture, including micro frontends and microservices.
- You'll help drive the product's visual and interaction design, collaborating with designers, backend engineers, and product managers.
- You will be a part of the whole implementation process, starting with talks with Product Managers and Architects through design, coding and release preparation.
- You will be working with highly skilled engineers who prioritize teamwork, utilizing collaborative practices such as pair programming to build software end-to-end, including debugging, testing, and fixing.
Team description
- Freshly formed front-end team working across Hagenberg (Austria), Gdansk (Poland), and Detroit (USA)
- Building a critical product feature, delivering visible, measurable impact on the product and shaping the front-end architecture from the ground up.
- Working in a friendly, collaborative atmosphere with a high sense of ownership.
Requirements
- Solid 6+ years of experience building and architecting complex, responsive and adaptive web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
- Proven track record of leading technical initiatives, driving architectural decisions, and mentoring engineering teams.
- Expertise in software design patterns, clean code principles, and test-driven development.
- Open-minded attitude with a willingness to learn new technologies
- Strong ownership mentality with a strategic mindset and proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- A passion for UX/design and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric solutions.

Compensation and Rewards
- We offer this role as a full-time position, but are happy to consider part-time options starting from 30 hours per week!
- We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
- Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 74,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualification and experience.
