Job description
As a DevOps Team Leader, you will play a key role within Mega Cloud Services (MCS), a global department of 27 professionals organized across three teams: Service Delivery Management, Cloud Engineering, and DevOps. Operating across France, the United States, Mexico, Morocco, and Singapore, MCS works in a highly collaborative and international environment where technology, reliability, and scale are central. Based in Paris, you will report directly to the Director of Mega Cloud Services. This role is well-suited for an experienced DevOps professional who already has people-leadership experience or is ready to take the next step into a team leadership role. While not a formal decision-maker, you will actively contribute to leadership activities through team coordination, technical guidance, and performance development. You bring a strong end-to-end understanding of the delivery lifecycle and the ability to see the bigger picture, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, at scale, and in line with high-quality standards. You will design, implement, and maintain infrastructure, automate workflows, and monitor system performance to ensure reliability, scalability, and security. Working closely with a global, cross-functional team, you will help drive innovation and promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
What will you do
Modernization and Automation
- Transform and automate the deployment and management of a Legacy Cloud application.
- Migrate and refactor existing processes to improve their efficiency and resilience.
Implementation of DevOps Tools and Procedures
- Deploy robust CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and log management tools to oversee the application and infrastructure.
- Standardize DevOps processes and train teams on best practices.
Optimization of Azure Cloud Infrastructure
- Analyze the existing Azure Cloud infrastructure and identify areas for improvement.
- Optimize costs, performance, and security of Azure resources.
- Collaborate closely with Cloud architects to make appropriate technical choices.
Support and Guidance
- Assist Cloud engineers in their daily tasks.
- Diagnose and resolve performance issues related to applications and infrastructure.

Requirements
- Are based in France (Paris area) and fluent in French and English.
- Combine hands-on Azure/DevOps expertise with the ability to lead and guide a team.
- Can support end-to-end delivery from build to production., * You hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- You have around 5 years of experience in a similar role, with demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Azure.
- You have hands-on experience with Azure, including resource management, PaaS services, and networking.
- You are familiar with DevOps practices and tooling, such as Azure DevOps, Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines.
- You have experience with scripting and automation using Bash, Python, or PowerShell, and are comfortable working with monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor or similar.
- You bring senior-level DevOps experience and are comfortable guiding and driving a team, even without formal people-management responsibility.
- You have experience coordinating engineers and external partners, running meetings, and producing clear documentation.
- You are fluent in French and English, and comfortable working in an international environment.
- You are familiar with production environments and best practices; ITIL knowledge is a plus.
- You have exposure to Azure architecture and security concepts at a platform level.
- You are a strong problem solver, work well in a collaborative team environment, communicate technical concepts clearly, and are results-driven and proactive.
- You ideally have experience modernising or supporting legacy cloud applications and hold an Azure certification (e.g. AZ-400 or AZ-305).
