Job description
In this role, you will work on advanced data processing solutions, where high-performance computing is used to transform complex sensor data (such as radar imagery) into high-quality, actionable outputs. The focus is on deploying machine learning models in offline, embedded environments, where performance, efficiency, and reliability are critical., * Develop and optimise machine learning models for deployment in embedded and offline environments
- Design and implement high-performance solutions using GPU computing (GPGPU)
- Process and enhance sensor and radar data into usable outputs
- Work on embedded GPU platforms, ensuring efficiency and reliability
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across software, hardware, and systems engineering
- Optimise algorithms for parallel processing and performance
- Contribute to the integration of AI solutions into real-world applications
- Support testing, validation, and continuous improvement of models and systems, * A role at the forefront of AI, GPU computing, and embedded systems
- The opportunity to work on cutting-edge, mission-critical applications
- A highly technical and innovative environment
- Collaboration with experienced engineers and researchers, At S[&]T we contribute to a safer life on earth by translating space data into valuable and actionable insights. We oversee data from instruments to application, and apply our expertise within our software frameworks, information products and consultancy.
Our society relies on space and scientific instruments for climate change monitoring, navigation, defence and national security, and other crucial services we all use in our daily lives. These instruments produce an enormous quantity of complex data, and our goal is to unlock its value.
We have more than 20 years of experience working on instrument calibration, the creation of data quality monitoring tools, the development of real-time data processing frameworks, and the development of application-specific algorithms. With this, we help organisations, governments and industries to strengthen their information position and thereby improve their decision making. We focus on the following domains: Space & Science, Defence & Security, Environment & Sustainability, and High-Tech Consulting.
