The Role We're looking for an experienced Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of innovative solutions within a high-profile Automation Unit environment. This role will see you working across multiple projects, shaping end-to-end architecture, and driving the use of Microsoft Power Platform to deliver scalable, secure, and impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and define technical architecture across multiple workstreams
• Lead end-to-end delivery from concept through to deployment, including POCs/POVs
• Architect solutions across Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)
• Engage with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs
• Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, balancing priorities effectively
• Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and agile delivery

Essential

• Proven experience as a Technical or Solutions Architect with a strong full-stack background
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform or similar low/no-code technologies
• Strong experience delivering complex enterprise solutions
• Knowledge of architecture governance (eg TDA)
• Experience with Azure (or other cloud platforms), integration design, and DevOps practices
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work both strategically and hands-on across multiple projects

Desirable

• Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, Azure, AWS)
• Public sector or regulated industry experience
• Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks
• Previous engineering or development background

• SC Clearance - active
• Location: Remote
• Rate: £400-£425
• Duration: 6 months rolling
