MDM Analyst (Informatica IDMC

• Lead and support MDM activities across product, customer and supplier domains
• Work closely with business stakeholders to define and refine data requirements
• Improve data governance, standards and quality across core datasets
• Analyse and optimise existing data workflows and processes
• Support implementation and configuration of Informatica IDMC
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (supply chain, regulatory, marketing, tech)
• Ensure alignment of data structures with product lifecycle requirements
• Document processes, standards and data models

• Strong experience in Master Data Management (MDM)
• Hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC (non-negotiable)
• Experience working with SAP environments
• Strong data analysis and data quality management capability
• Experience defining data standards, taxonomies and hierarchies
• Ability to translate business requirements into data solutions
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Desirable Skills

• Experience within consumer healthcare or FMCG
• Understanding of product lifecycle data (packaging, branding, variants etc.)
• Exposure to regulatory or compliance-driven environments
• Experience working across global or multi-region data sets
• Background in data governance frameworks
