Job description
Network Engineer responsible for executing data center (DC) migration, building new network services, and ensuring seamless connectivity across environments, with strong focus on routing, security, and DDI (Infoblox). Roles & Responsibilities
- Build and migrate network services and connectivity from 2 existing DCs to 2 new DCs
- Support decommissioning of legacy network infrastructure post-migration
- Configure and manage routing, switching, and firewall solutions
- Implement and support DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) using Infoblox
- Plan, execute, and report project activities aligned with PMP standards (PM/PC)
- Engage stakeholders and provide regular status updates
- Perform network troubleshooting, testing, and validation during migration
- Maintain documentation, network diagrams, and migration plans
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Routing & Switching (L2/L3)
- Hands-on experience with Firewalls and network security
- Experience in DDI solutions (Infoblox preferred)
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPN
- Experience in data center migration projects
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills, * Minimum 4+ years of experience in network engineering
- Bachelor s degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP) preferred
- Familiarity with project management practices (PMP/Prince2) is a plus
- Ability to work in a collaborative, inclusive environment
