The role involves responsibility for the implementation of Ashurst Advance's AI strategy across three key services: Due Diligence, Commercial Contracting and Document Review. Tasks will include understanding the impact of changes, then designing and deploying the relevant mitigation activities such as communication, engagement, training and measuring the success of these activities. This role will work closely with our People & Culture team to analyse how these changes will impact our peoples' roles and ways of working. Requirements
- A degree in communications, law business or a related field
- 3-5 years' experience in change management, ideally gained within a law firm or in-house law practice or professional services environment
- Ideally have experience in the implementation of AI strategies, particularly across due diligence, commercial contracting and document review
- Understanding of the impact of changes and designing and deploying relevant mitigation activities such as communication, engagement, training and measuring the success of these activities
- You are confident working with internal teams to assist in analysing how changes will impact peoples' roles and ways of working
- Demonstrable experience of driving change within organisations and working alongside R&D and product teams
- Enthusiasm and excitement for innovation, digital transformation, new best practices and continual learning
- Strong communication, facilitation, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Confidence and fluency in the language and tools of agile, lean and design (including the use of Miro), as well as more traditional business tools (including PowerPoint and Excel)
- Expertise and interest in generative AI and the risks and opportunities it presents the professional services industry
- Be comfortable in an implementation 'hands-on' role
