Design Engineer

Responsible for Mechanical Design of products and components -Creating, checking, and approving materials and drawings according to standards -Perform tolerance analysis and ensure design-for-manufacture. -Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain. -Support design reviews and contribute to continuous improvements. -Prepare and maintain technical documentation and BOMs.

5 years’ experience in Mechanical Design -Proficiency with CAD Solidworks and SAP. -Experience in Design for Manufacturing -Ability to create, check, and approve mechanical drawings -Ability to conduct mechanical calculations for design verifications -Experience from Defence Industry is an advantage -Proactive and innovative - advantage if the candidate is eligible for a security clearance -BSc in mechanical design or engineering. Language: Fluent in English and Norwegian
