Job description

We are seeking a skilled Palantir Data Engineer to support and maintain production data pipelines, AI enabled workflows and applications within Palantir Foundry. The role involves monitoring data workflows, troubleshooting issues, debugging AI models responses and ensuring high availability and reliability of data systems.

As part of your duties, you will be responsible for:

  • Provide production support for Palantir Foundry pipelines, Ontology, AIP Logics, API integrations and applications
  • Monitor process workflows, identify failures and perform timely issue resolution
  • Troubleshoot data ingestion, extraction, transformation and orchestration issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production incidents and improve system stability
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures
  • Manage data quality checks and ensure data integrity across pipelines
  • Support deployment, release management, and environment maintenance
  • Maintain documentation for support processes and known issues

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Palantir Foundry (Code Repositories, Workshop, AIP Logic and Automate)
  • Proficiency in Python and PySpark or TypeScript
  • Experience with AWS services (S3, Lambda, Glue, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of data pipeline architecture and ETL processes
  • Experience in troubleshooting and production support environments
  • Familiarity with Gen AI based workflows, API integrations and orchestration
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills, * Experience with Foundry, AIP, PySpark
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools and logging frameworks
  • Exposure to TypeScript/React for Workshop applications and orchestration
  • Insurance domain experience

Experience:

  • 5+ years in Data Engineering with relevant experience in production support
  • 2+ years hands-on experience in Palantir
