Test Manager Dataspace / Data Platform - 80-100%

• Lead testing efforts for data platforms in complex settings.
• Define and maintain testing strategies and plans effectively.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure quality and reliability is met., We are looking for a Test Manager Dataspace to oversee the quality and reliability of data and integration platforms, in complex technical and organizational contexts.

The missions awaiting you:

• Understand business, data, and IT challenges to define test strategies adapted to data platforms
• Define, structure, and maintain test plans in complex contexts (risk analysis, mitigation plans)
• Manage system tests of data and integration platforms
• Prepare, execute, and analyze test campaigns using existing tools
• Identify, track, and analyze software and data defects, and actively contribute to continuous quality improvement
• Supervise and coordinate Test Analysts (including offshore) working on Data products
• Coordinate test automation activities, in connection with nearshore teams
• Collaborate closely with product, data, integration, and development teams
• Work with the Testing Group Leader to evolve and optimize the Testing service catalog, especially on Data topics
• Define, produce, and monitor quality and test progress KPIs
• Ensure Testing reporting to stakeholders
• Act as a pillar of the Testing Group, ensuring the application of standards and best practices
• Promote Testing values and contribute to the development of services and standards, particularly for Data platforms

• Degree in computer science with 3+ years in testing management.
• Experience with data platforms, APIs, and quality assurance.
• Familiarity with automation tools and agile methodologies., * Higher education degree in computer science (University, HES, EPFL or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Test Manager or similar role
• ISTQB certification required
• Proven experience in: testing data platforms, API testing, messaging and interface testing, data quality and data testing
• Experience in test automation (tools and/or languages)
• Knowledge of non-functional testing, BDD & TDD, Xray, JIRA, and continuous integration (an asset)
• Ability to work with nearshore testers (coordination, communication, synchronization of activities)
• Experience in a complex environment, with strong integration (IS, data, interfaces) requiring cross-functional collaboration
• Technical knowledge such as MongoDB, data integration/streaming platforms, and APIs: a plus
• Ease in interacting with technical and business stakeholders
• Ability to uphold testing standards and demonstrate natural leadership
• Fluency in French (min. B2) and English (min. B2)
