Job description
- Project Ownership: Take full technical responsibility for features, from clarifying requirements to final delivery, for both in-house chargers and partner-specific stacks.
- Architecture & Design: Architect mixed-signal embedded systems for AC mains applications, including schematic design, component selection, and HDI PCB layout.
- Compliance & Validation: Lead simulation and lab validation while ensuring compliance with IEC, UL, and EMC standards.
- Cross-functional Lead: Coordinate closely with Firmware, Mechanical Engineering, and Manufacturing teams.
- Independence: Work with a high degree of autonomy; your ability to self-organize and communicate risks or progress proactively is essential., * The Environment: A newly renovated office with a stocked kitchen (plenty of snacks and yogurts) and a flat hierarchy.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in embedded hardware development with a proven track record of bringing products to market.
- Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of MCU/ARM/SoC architectures, analog/digital electronics, and EDA tools.
- Hands-on Skills: Proficiency with lab equipment (VNAs, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers) for debugging and prototype bring-up.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and organizational skills are a must. You should be comfortable leading projects without micromanagement.
- Languages: Excellent English (company language).
Nice-to-Have
- Background in RF design (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LTE).
- Industry experience in power conversion or automotive sectors.
