Job description
- Lead and advise on ServiceNow ITOM solutions, with a focus on Discovery and Event Management.
- Design and build enterprise-level CMDB structures aligned with CSDM and ServiceNow best practices.
- Provide expert guidance on CMDB meta models and governance frameworks.
- Facilitate and drive company-level workshops on CSDM consultancy.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders under direct customer steering.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering ServiceNow ITOM solutions
- Strong expertise in Discovery, Event Management and CMDB.
- Hands-on experience building CMDB structures aligned to the CSDM model.
- Ability to advise on governance and meta model design.
- Experience running workshops and providing strategic consultancy.
- Knowledge of Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Service Mapping and CI State Management.
- Strong English communication skills (essential)
