Job description
- Design and implement MES solutions to support manufacturing operations and digital transformation.
- Conduct fit-gap analyses and create functional specifications, workflows, and data models.
- Lead MES deployment projects including configuration, testing, validation, and go-live.
- Maintain a unified MES code base and ensure global consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with GxP and support documentation, audits, and validation.
- Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and user training.
- Support MES upgrades, enhancements, and integration with enterprise systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience designing and implementing MES solutions (eg, Siemens Opcenter, Camstar, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, industrial automation, and IIoT technologies.
- Familiarity with GxP, ITIL, and tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
- Proficiency in SQL, scripting, and data integration.
- Experience working in complex, global organizations.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
