UX Designer AI Agent

We're launching a brand-new AI Agent platform that will become the digital-assistant of choice for small- and-medium-businesses. As a senior designer you will shape the look, feel and overall experience of a next-generation intelligent-assistant ecosystem.

Your mission will be to craft intuitive, elegant, and efficient interfaces that make complex business logic user-friendly. This role is ideal for designers who thrive in an innovative and fast-paced environment, ensuring that our technology is intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly.

Tasks

As a vital part of our product development team, your work will significantly influence our application's user experience:

• Design and Enhance User Journeys: Conceptualize and refine user journeys with a focus on enhanced usability and streamlined, automated workflows to maximize user satisfaction.
• Rapid Prototyping and High-Fidelity Mockups: Convert ideas and requirements swiftly into high-fidelity prototypes, accelerating our iterative and agile development process.
• UI/UX Interface Design: Develop visually compelling and interactive elements that maintain consistency and accessibility across our next-generation, web-based platform.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders. Provide clear and actionable design documentation and actively engage in sprint planning.
• Conduct User Testing & Feedback Sessions: Conduct usability tests, gather feedback, and refine designs to ensure optimal user experiences aligned with user behavior insights.
• Develop and Maintain Design Systems: Contribute to the design system to uphold speed, consistency, and cohesive design language across the product suite.

We're looking for candidates who combine creativity with technical expertise and real-world experience:

• Over 5 years of experience in User Experience, User Interface and Design with exposure to complex and modern digital products.
• Experience in Complex Web Application Design: A proven track record in designing feature-rich, functional, and visually engaging web-based applications beyond marketing sites.
• Proficiency with Leading Design Tools: Mastery of top industry-standard UX/UI design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Canva).
• Adaptability in a Fast-Paced Setting: Proven ability to handle dynamic work environments, managing tight deadlines for design deliverables.
• Strong Understanding of Agentic Workflows (Highly Valued): Insight into modern trends in automation, AI, and multi-agent system workflows.
• Comprehensive Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating deep expertise in user flow design, wireframing, and the transformation from concept to polished, production-ready mockups.
