Your mission is to replace traditional document-heavy processes with dynamic, high-quality digital models. You will translate user needs and business requirements into detailed system architectures, ensuring that every component of a life-saving device works in perfect harmony. You won't just be "drawing diagrams"; you will be building the digital "source of truth" for products that impact millions of lives globally.
Requirements

- Education: A BSc or MSc degree in Systems, Software, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Professional Experience: 4-7 years of experience in an R&D environment. Experience in a regulated industry (Medical Devices is a strong plus, but Aerospace, Automotive, or Defense are also highly valued).
- Technical Mastery: Practical, "hands-on" experience as a Model Author using tools such as Cameo or MagicDraw.
- Modeling Language: Proficiency in SysML to create and maintain structure, behavior, requirements, and parametric models.
- Systems Engineering Foundation: Solid understanding of Requirements Engineering, Risk Management, Design Control, and the V-Model.
- Technical Depth: Ability to maintain model quality through validation rules and conventions. Familiarity with basic customizations (Structured Expressions, Profiles) or scripting (Python/Groovy) is a significant advantage.
- Language & Location: Fluency in English is mandatory. You must currently be living in the Netherlands.
